Opening this Thursday, September 6, is Maya Hayuk’s new show Multi Versus at the Cooper Cole Gallery. The show features new works from Hayuk and her signature vibrant abstractions. Based on the few preview piece I’ve seen (which you can see above) it seems like her work is getting a little more chaotic, or at least a little bit less geometric and more freeform. It’s a nice departure, I think, it brings some nice contrast to the symmetry of her other pieces.
