June is here, the weather is starting to get more and more beautiful, and now all you need is a proper soundtrack to the month. Thankfully myself and the TFIB staff are on it, compiling another selection of songs to make your month better. I expect that we’ll putting in a lot of upbeat songs to usher in the warmer weather, and from what I see so far in the playlist, this is in fact true. Be sure to check back every now and then, or simply subscribe to the playlist on Rdio.
It’s already May (2nd, whoops) but we’ve got our new Staff Playlist cranking with lots of great tracks. Going to be filling it up with lots of upbeat stuff this month, getting you ready for the warmth and sun of spring. You can find the playlist both on Rdio and Spotify (though I would say Rdio is WAY better). Keep checking back through the month as we’ll keep adding more and more songs.
It’s April 2 already which means we’re a day behind on posting our monthly TFIB Staff Playlist. But that doesn’t mean it’s not already filled with great tunes. The vibe of April’s playlist so far is a lot of folk-y, guitar songs, but knowing the writers that’ll change into something else in no time flat. If you have any good suggestions of songs we should add to the playlist send me a message on Twitter or Facebook.
If you want to subscribe to the new playlist on Rdio you can click here. Or you can subscribe to the playlist on Spotify by clicking here.
It’s March 1 (sheesh, already!?) so the staff is back at it with a new playlist for March. We’ll be updating the playlist all month long so be sure to subscribe. Our February playlist last month ended up having 69 songs and had a total play time of 4 hours and 42 minutes. I’m pretty sure you’ll find something new and great to listen to.
Lately I’ve been trying to think of interesting ways of getting the readers of the site to learn more about the staff of The Fox Is Black. Over the weekend I had an idea to start putting together a monthly playlist on Rdio that the staff can constantly update, giving you some sweet tunes to listen to each month. I’ve embedded the playlist for February above so you can get a sense of what we’re into, or you can click here to subscribe to it.
As a side note, I’m a devout Rdio user so don’t expect a Spotify playlist to show up soon (unless you can convince Philip to make one).
Edit Hey, Philip here! I got convinced so here’s a Spotify playlist of all the tracks above. I’ll try and put one together at the end of each month. Enjoy!
